What You Will Do:

Perform mechanical inspections and basic to moderate repairs on auction vehicles

Diagnose drivability issues, safety concerns, and mechanical failures

Assist with preparing vehicles for sale—including quick fixes and test drives

Collaborate with the inspection and reconditioning teams to meet deadlines

Keep repair documentation clear and complete.

Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of mechanical experience required (auction, dealership, or fleet a big plus!)

Ability to work with a wide range of vehicle types, years, and conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Valid driver’s license and good driving record

A strong work ethic, team mindset, and pride in your craft

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Must be at least 21 years of age

Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, fast-paced environment, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times.

Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
