  • Merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan program mekanisasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja Operator.
  • Mengawasi penggunaan alat mekanisasi di lapangan agar dimanfaatkan secara optimal.
  • Menganalisis kebutuhan mekanisasi dan memberikan rekomendasi pengadaan atau pengembangan peralatan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, teknik, dan central workshop terkait jadwal penggunaan, perawatan, dan perbaikan mesin.
  • Memantau kinerja alat melalui data operasional seperti produktivitas, downtime, konsumsi bahan bakar, dan biaya operasional (Running Account)
  • Roll out & monitoring implementasi seluruh Mekanisasi di PSM masing-masing.
  • Mendukung percontohan / peluncuran parsial mekanisasi baru yang dijalankan oleh OPTR di wilayah tanggung jawab nya.
  • Memberi saran adaptasi lokal untuk memastikan proses implementasi yang tepat dan lancar.
  • Memberikan pemantauan progress status semua implementasi mekanisasi di wilayah tanggung jawabnya kepada semua pemangku kepentingan terkait.
  • Mengendalikan anggaran mekanisasi serta memastikan penggunaan sumber daya sesuai rencana.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan kerja (K3) dan prosedur operasional.
  • Membuat laporan dan evaluasi berkala mengenai efektivitas program mekanisasi serta usulan perbaikan.
