Die Lear Corporation ist einer der weltweit führenden Anbieter von automobilen lnnenraum- und Elektronikystemen mit Zentrale in Southfield, Michigan(USA).Am hanseatischen Standort Wismar mit derzeit knapp 210 Beschäftigten befindet sich das Kompetenzzentrum für Kunststoffspritzgießtechnik mit der Produktion von Steckverbindungssystemen, Stromverteilern und Sicherungssystemen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Störungsanalyse und Fehlerbehebung an technischen Anlagen

Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktions-und Betriebseinrichtungen

Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit

Montage von Baugruppen sowie Programmierung und Anpassung von Steuerungen

Durchführung von Reparaturen und Austausch von Komponenten

Ersatzteilmanagement und Materialbeschaffung

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene mindestens dreijährige technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung, Wartung oder Reparatur von Maschinen und Anlagen

Kenntnisse in Steuerungs-und Automatisierungstechnik

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Hohes Sicherheits-und Qualitätsbewusstsein

Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Schichtbereitschaft (3-Schichtsystem)
