Wir sind ein mittelständischer Betrieb und stellen chemisch-technische Produkte her. Wir suchen einen Mechatroniker (m/w/d), der die Produktionsanlagen warten, reparieren und einrichten soll.

Die Aufgaben:

  • Regelmäßige Wartung und Inspektion von Produktionsmaschinen und Anlagen, um den reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
  • Durchführung von präventiven Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Störungen.
  • Diagnose technischer Störungen und Fehlfunktionen an mechanischen, elektrischen und elektronischen Komponenten.
  • Schnelle und effiziente Reparatur der betroffenen Maschinen und Anlagen, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren.
  • Austausch defekter oder verschlissener Bauteile wie Sensoren, Motoren oder Steuerungskomponenten.
  • Justierung und Kalibrierung der Anlagen nach der Reparatur.
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Produktionsanlagen zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
  • Durchführung von Verbesserungen an mechanischen und elektronischen Systemen.
  • Protokollierung aller durchgeführten Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen im Wartungsplan.
  • Erstellen von Berichten über Störungen und durchgeführte Reparaturen.
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften im Instandhaltungsbereich.
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsprüfungen und Risikobewertungen an Maschinen und Anlagen.

Geboten wird eine Dauerstellung, 30 Tage Urlaub und ein dreizehntes Monatsgehalt.
