What you’ll do
As a Medical Scientific Liaison at AZ, you will be accountable to:
- Build, enhance and maintain the engagement with scientific leaders (KEEs)
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with external stakeholders
- Develop or initiate scientific programs to explore unmet medical needs in priority disease area(s).
- Act as scientific expert in priority disease area(s) for internal stakeholders
- Continuously demonstrate development of scientific expertise in disease area(s) of company focus
- Comply with relevant company and industry code of Conduct and also to comply with local country codes
Essential for the role
- Thorough knowledge and prior medical affairs experiences, experience in Respiratory TA will be an advantage.
- Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical sales and marketing
Desirable for the role
- Preferably having medical degree, however degree in life sciences will be considered.
- Having at least 1-2 years of experience as MSL in MNC Pharma companies. Preferably in Respiratory TA.
- Thorough knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical industry and the area of field medical liaisons
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
