Mindsight Behavioral Group is a group practice committed to providing wraparound services to our community. We have locations throughout Kentucky, and we are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide excellent mental health services to everyone who needs them, especially those who may not otherwise be able to afford counseling. For this reason, we work hard to maintain relationships with Medicaid providers, and about 80% of our clients are Medicaid recipients.

Despite the primary population that we serve, we are NOT an agency. In fact, we function on systems that make a workload sustainable and enjoyable for years to come. We’re in this for the long haul, and we want clinicians who are, too.

Compensation and Support

While we may not be the highest-paying practice, we offer fair rates and a tremendous amount of support. We have a dedicated administrative team whose only purpose is to make sure you have everything you need to thrive. With a 90-day onboarding program and ongoing training, you’ll have the support you need to build a full caseload and excel in your role.
