Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Messtechniker (m/w/d) in der Qualitätssicherung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen bei zugekauften und extern bearbeiteten Produkten
  • Erstmusterprüfungen /-freigaben (EMPB)
  • Erstellung, Weiterleitung und Archivierung von Prüfprotokollen, Prüf- und Abweichungsberichten sowie die Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Programmierung der 3D- Koordinatenmessmaschine
  • Bewältigung komplexer Messaufgaben
  • Optimierung und Anpassung von Messprogrammen und Spannstrategien
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehlerfindung qualitätsrelevanter Abweichungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aus- oder Fortbildung im Bereich der Messtechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich des Zeichnungslesens und der Form- und Lagetolerierung (ISO 1101)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Koordinatenmesssystemen, deren Programmiersoftware sowie deren mathematischen Grundlagen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Elektronik und/oder Hydraulik
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht)
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Zielorientierung und Selbstorganisation
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
