POSITION: METAL FINISHER

COMPANY PROFILE: HOLLY HUNT is known for a look that is consistently at the forefront of style and quality. The company designs, produces and showcases custom made furniture products.

POSITION PROFILE:

Performs the finishing/patina finish on metal parts from a set of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Finishing of components:
• •Product completion per Production Schedule.
• •Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample.
• •Maintain work station clean, organized and safe.
• •Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required.
• •Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time.
• •Observe all company policies and standard practices.
• •Participate on all required continuous improvement activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications

• •Desirable experience on metal finishing techniques such:
• •Patina finishing using wet rags and rinsing.
• •Toning and Top coating using spray cans.

• •Reading and understanding mixing specifications.
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
• •Strong attention to detail and flawless results.
• •Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member
• •A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency
