Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort einen Metzger / eine Metzgerin (m/w/d).

Das sind wir:

Wir sind ein Familienbetrieb im Ort Schwindegg, Landkreis Mühldorf, mit eigener Schlachtung und Produktion.

Wir beschäftigen derzeit 3 Metzger, einen Junior Chef und einen Senior Chef.

Im Verkaufsladen bieten wir täglich unsere frischen und hausgemachten Fleisch- und Wurstwaren an.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Wurstwaren
  • Vorbereitung und Zuschnitt von Fleisch
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Kontrolle und Vorbereitung der Ware für den Verkauf
  • Unterstützung im täglichen Produktionsablauf  

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Fleisch- oder Wurstverarbeitung von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässig und Verantwortungsbewusst
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit ab 03:30 Uhr (montags) und an allen weiteren Werktagen ab 04:30 Uhr – keine Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hygienebewusstsein und körperliche Belastbarkeit
