  • The Manager of Care Management Data Analytics leads advanced analytics and data science initiatives that support operational excellence and improved member outcomes.
  • This role transforms complex Care Management data into predictive and prescriptive insights that help leaders anticipate risks, optimize workflows, and make informed decisions.
  • You will oversee predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical programming, automated data pipelines, and advanced reporting capabilities.
  • The position also provides leadership and development for a team of data analysts while establishing rigorous standards for analytical quality and data integrity.
  • Working closely with clinical, operational, IT, and business intelligence stakeholders, you will translate sophisticated findings into practical recommendations for executive audiences.
  • The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on analytical expertise, data governance, and cross-functional partnership in a healthcare environment.
  • This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in North Carolina, with occasional travel to the Morrisville home office for team meetings.
