## Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Prozessen in der Halbleiterverbindungstechnik:
  • chemische bzw. galvanische Metallisierung von Halbleiterscheiben und Substraten
  • Herstellung von Lotkontakten mittels verschiedener Prozesse
  • Belacken und Lithographie
  • Chipvereinzelung
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Prozess-Optimierungen und Kundenqualifizierungen
  • Durchführung von Reihenuntersuchungen mit mechanischen und optischen Testmethoden
  • Durchführung von manuellen und automatischen optischen Inspektionen
  • Durchführung von metallographischen Präparationen
  • Analyse von Prozess-Chemie und Materialien
  • Prozessüberwachung mittels SPC
  • Erfüllung der Anforderungen der unternehmensinternen Qualitätsstandards sowie der ISO 9001 und der IATF 16949 Standards

## Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mikrotechnologe/ -in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im Bereich Mikrosystemtechnik und/oder Halbleitertechnik
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
  • Kenntnisse im Rahmen der Dokumentationserstellung von Vorteil
  • Gutes Konzentrations- und Sehvermögen, Feinmotorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office & Datenbankanwendungen)
  • Engagement, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und Belastbarkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
