Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll :

  • Inhaltliche und konzeptionelle Mitarbeit in IT- Projekten
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Softwareeinführungen in der IB, Bewertung von IT-Anforderungen im Rahmen von AEVs, » welche nicht durch den IT-Service getrieben werden
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle von Client- und Serversystemen in Verantwortung der IB zur Sicherstellung des täglichen Betriebes, als auch zur Sicherstellung der Aktualität der Software (Patch, Versionen)
  • Aktives Erstellen und Abarbeiten im Incident-, Change-, Problemprozess - sowohl für Systeme in Verantwortung der IB (2nd und 3rd Level Support), als auch Steuerung der jeweiligen Prozessinputs bei Dienstleistern

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Richtung angewandte bzw. technische Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder » vergleichbar Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Servern und Netzwerken Erfahrung mit IT-Sicherheitsstandards und Sicherheitspraktiken, einschließlich Firewalls, VPNs und Antivirensoftware
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten zur Analyse komplexer, systemübergreifender Störungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1
