Bock auf Metall? Dann bist Du bei ACTech richtig als Mitarbeiter im Bereich Gießerei Nachbehandlung (m/w/d)

### Was Du bei uns machst

Du bist der Feinschliff-Experte , der aus groben Gussteilen fertige Bauteile zaubert – bevor sie zum mechanischen Feinschliff und zum finalen Finish gehen:

  • Du bringst Gussteile auf Maß: Putzen, Schleifen, Fräsen, Strahlen – alles, was nötig ist, damit sie bereit für die mechanische Bearbeitung sind
  • Du glättest Oberflächen und passt Geometrien an, damit später alles perfekt passt
  • Mit Adleraugen prüfst Du jedes Teil, findest Fehler und sorgst dafür, dass nur saubere Qualität weitergeht
  • Du führst Wärmebehandlungen durch und richtest Teile, damit sie formstabil bleiben
  • Dichtungen montieren, Wasserbad, Blasen finden – Du sorgst dafür, dass nichts undicht ist
  • Du dokumentierst Deine Arbeit sauber – digital und nachvollziehbar

Kurz gesagt: Du legst den Grundstein für die finale Perfektion – bevor die Teile weiter mechanisch bearbeitet und feinveredelt werden.

Was Du drauf haben solltest

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Spaß an Metall
  • Erfahrung in Gießerei, Metallverarbeitung, Schlosserei o. Ä. ist super – kein Muss
  • Technisches Verständnis und ein Gefühl für Präzision
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Bock, anzupacken
  • Schweißen kannst Du auch? Stark – das ist das i-Tüpfelchen, aber kein Muss
