Für internationale Airlines und Speditionen übernehmen wir täglich anspruchsvolle Logistikprozesse – schnell, zuverlässig und mit echter Teamarbeit.
  • Zur Verstärkung suchen wir dich als engagierten Mitarbeiterin für unsere Dokumentationsabteilung.

Das erwartet dich

  • Selbstständige Organisation und Abwicklung deiner zugeteilten Frachtflüge
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Lager
  • Überblick über den gesamten Abfertigungsstatus eines Frachtfliegers
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Frachtdokumenten sowie Korrekturen im EDV-System
  • Prüfung von Sonder- und Gefahrgutsendungen
  • Koordination von LKW Be- und Entladungen
  • Bearbeitung und Erstellung von Zolldokumenten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Behörden und internen Bereichen – du gibst kompetent Auskunft und hältst Prozesse am Laufen Das bringst du mit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit E-Mail und MS Office
  • Serviceorientiertes Auftreten, Teamgeist und Lust auf Verantwortung Das bieten wir dir
