  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Steuerung der chemischen Oberflächenbehandlung und der Neutralisation
  • Badanalysen erstellen, Badführung
  • Badhilfsstoffe bestellen, Ersatzteildisposition
  • Maschinendatenerfassung
  • Programme erstellen für Beizhakenreihenfolge
  • Neutralisationen chargenweise prüfen und freigeben
  • Galvanikschlamm entsorgen
  • Wasserqualität prüfen
  • Betriebszählerstände ablesen
  • Wartungsarbeiten nach Wartungsplan

Anforderung:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Metalltechnik Fachrichtung Umformtechnik, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung von Fertigungsabläufen in der Beize und Beschickung der Beizhaken
  • Kenntnisse in der Überwachung der Bäder und Qualitätsprüfung
  • Kenntnisse in der Überwachung der Fertigungsabläufe
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sorgfältige, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, sowie Integrationsfähigkeiten
  • Flexibilität, Engagement und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Arbeitszeit:

Vollzeit, 40 Stunden, Schichtarbeit
