Was erwartet dich?

Wir sind auf die Beratung und Integration von Arbeitssuchenden (Schwerpunkt Migranten) spezialisiert. Unsere Dienstleistungen orientieren sich an den Bedürfnissen der Klienten und finden in Einzelcoachings statt.

Darunter fallen folgende Tätigkeiten an:

  • Beratung, Begleitung und Coaching der Teilnehmer\*innen
  • Sozialpädagogische Betreuung der Teilnehmer\*innen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Job- oder Wohnungssuche
  • Sprachliche Unterstützung bei Anträgen/Formularen/Briefverkehr
  • Berufsorientierte Sprachförderung
  • …

Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitung, organisiert du deine Zeiten und Termine selbstständig. Mehrsprachigkeit (Arabisch/Türkisch/Kurdisch/Ukrainisch/…) ist von Vorteil.
