  • Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und Störungen
  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
  • Betreuung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen und Microsoft 365
  • Einrichtung von Benutzerkonten, Geräten und Arbeitsplätzen
  • Remote-Unterstützung sowie Vor-Ort-Support
  • Verwaltung und Ausgabe von IT-Hardware und Zubehör
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus Systemadministration und Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Supports
  • Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ entsprechende praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Microsoft 365
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Benutzerverwaltung und IT-Hardware
  • Serviceorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Probleme zu lösen und Menschen zu unterstützen
