Dein neuer Job

  • Second und Third Level Support für derzeit 6.000 Clients
  • Bearbeitung der POS relevanten Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Inbetriebnahme von Hardware, Software und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Betriebssystem- und Softwareinstallation mit einem Clientmanagement-System
  • Technischer Support bei der Installation und Konfiguration von POS-Systemen
  • Analyse und Behebung von POS-Störungen
  • Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen POS-Projekten

Was uns überzeugt

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld, z.B. IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den aktuellen Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Office-Produkten
  • Umfangreiche Hardware-Kenntnisse im Bereich PC und Drucker
  • Praxis im Umgang mit einem Ticket & Dokumentationssystems
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytische und internationale Denkweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit im Tagesgeschäft
