Mitarbeiter Logistik / Internationale Versandabwicklung (m/w/d)

Kraft Curing Systems ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich Betonhärtungs- und Automatisierungssysteme für die Betonindustrie. Mit innovativen Lösungen und weltweiten Projekten unterstützen wir unsere Kunden bei effizienten und nachhaltigen Produktionsprozessen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Mitarbeiter für die internationale Versand- und Logistikabwicklung.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand-, Export- und Zolldokumenten
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Kunden und Lieferanten weltweit
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Transportabläufen
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Frachtangeboten
  • Unterstützung bei Import-/Exportprozessen und Zollabwicklung
  • Pflege von Versanddaten und Dokumentationen im ERP-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion und Service

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Versand oder Export von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Zoll- und Exportabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
