Hauptaufgaben :

  • Kapazitäts- und Verfügbarkeitsplanung
  • Koordination zwischen Fahrern, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • SAP-gestützte Auftragsdisposition
  • Wirtschaftliche Touren- und Fahrzeugplanung unter Berücksichtigung der Termin-, Tonnage-, produktphysikalischen und geographischen Vorgaben
  • Berücksichtigung spezieller Fahrzeug- und Siloanforderungen
  • Koordination von Serviceanfragen rund um die Kundenanlieferungen
  • Versanddokumentation und -kontrolle (Lade- und Lieferscheine) für unsere verschiedenen Versandarten (Stellungen, Füllungen von Silos und Palettenverkehr)
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung logistischer Prozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Hauptstandort: Crossen; gelegentliche Einsätze an weiteren Standorten (z. B. Schwarzenfeld) erforderlich

Erforderliche Kenntnisse :

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Transportdisposition
  • Erfahrung mit SAP TM, Transporeon und logistischen Prozessen von Vorteil
  • Gute geografische Kenntnisse
  • Gutes Organisationsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Flexibel, Belastbar und Entscheidungsfreudig
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
