Beim Amt für Kultur und Tourismus in Tauberbischofsheim ist zum 1. Januar 2027

eine Stelle als

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Kultur und Tourismus

unbefristet in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche) zu besetzen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Gästeservice im Servicecenter: Bearbeitung von touristischen Anfragen über Homepage, Mails, Telefon und Abwicklung des Prospektversands an Interessenten sowie Mitgliedsstädte und -gemeinden
  • Unterstützung bei der Buchführung, Rechnungsstellung und Mahnwesen in der Geschäftsstelle
  • Betreuung der Gastgeber in der Region und digitale Pflege der Gastgeberdatenbank inkl. Onlinebuchbarkeit
  • Betreuung der DTV-Klassifizierungen für Unterkünfte und Qualitätsgastgeber Wanderbares Deutschland
  • Touristische Datenpflege in mein.toubiz, komoot und weiteren touristischen Portalen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Märkten und touristischen Messen (Prospekte und Zubehör)
  • Präsentation bei Messen und Märkten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Tourismus und Freizeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kreativität und Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Gestalten
  • Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen Team
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
