Als professioneller Personalvermittler ist die F mal s GmbH auf der Suche nach qualifizierten Profilen zur Besetzung aktueller Vakanzen bei namhaften Unternehmen. Es handelt sich bei dieser Position um eine Festanstellung.

Für einen unserer Kunden aus der Kunststoffindustrie (internationales Unternehmen mit mehreren tausend Mitarbeiter:innen) suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst für den Standort Wesseling.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Buchen aller eingehenden Aufträge, das Durchführen von Auftragsänderungen, -stornierungen und -umbuchungen und das Verfolgen von Lieferterminen.
  • Sie bearbeiten Versandlisten und stimmen mit Kunden (national und international) oder der Produktion Abweichungen von Liefertermin ab.
  • Darüber hinaus betreuen Sie die Kunden am Telefon und per Email, erstellen Angeboten nach Vorgabe des Außendienstes und erstellen Reklamationen in Salesforce.
  • Abschließend kümmern Sie sich um die Stammdatenpflege und das Verbuchen von Gutschriften.

Das ideale Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) mit technischer Affinität oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, bevorzugt in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen erworben
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office in ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift
