  • Kundenanschlussstörungen sowie deren vollständige Dokumentation
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Störungsmeldungen über ein
  • Ticketsystem Überwachung und Monitoring von Netzwerksystemen sowie
  • Identifikation möglicher Fehlerquellen Konfiguration, Administration
  • und Dokumentation komplexer Kommunikationsnetze und Endeinrichtungen
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung im technischen 3rd-Level-Kundenservice
  • Direkter Austausch mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und internen
  • Ansprechpartnern bei technischen Fragestellungen Sicherstellung eines
  • stabilen und zuverlässigen Netzbetriebs DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration,
  • IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerktechnik,
  • Systemadministration oder IT-Infrastruktur Kenntnisse im Umgang mit
  • Netzwerkkomponenten und Kommunikationssystemen Sicherer Umgang mit MS
  • Office-Anwendungen Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und strukturierter
  • Fehleranalyse wünschenswert Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine
  • selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit
  • und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • und hohe Serviceorientierung Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer
  • Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach SÜG-MV WIR BIETEN Unbefristete
