  • Das Unternehmen wurde 1984 gegründet und verfügt über 150 Mitarbeiter an den Standorten Strausberg
  • und Pasewalk, Namur (als Stemme Belgien) und West Columbia (als Stemme USA).

Wir suchen für den Standort Pasewalk zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Oberflächenbeschichtung (Lackierer).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Be- und Verarbeiten von Beschichtungsstoffen
  • Grundierung von Laminierformen und und Oberflächen
  • Spachtel- und Schleifarbeiten
  • Prüfen und Bewerten sowie Vorbereiten von Untergründen
  • Bauteile wiegen
  • Präzise Abklebearbeiten
  • Ausführung von Demontagearbeiten
  • Lackierung (Acryl-,Polyurethan-, Polyester-Lackbasis von Faserverbundwerkstoffen (GFK/CFK), Stählen und Aluminium
  • Finish / Nachbehandlung (Schleifen bis 3000er Körnung), Politur der lackierten Oberflächen
  • Reinigung der Bauteile
  • Bauteile wiegen
  • allgemeine Aufgaben wie Kontrolle der lagerzeitbegrenzten Materialien
  • termin- und qualitätsgerechte Abarbeitung der Jobcards / Fertigungsbegleitprotokolle bzw. Aufträge im Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten in den Jobcards
  • Aufsicht über Personal in den niedrigeren Qualifikationsstufen
