  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Vertriebsspezifische Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen im International Sales
  • Support für den Außendienst
  • Erledigung der anfallenden Kundenkorrespondenzen (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Pflege der Stammdaten und Erstellen der Exportdokumentation
  • Mitarbeit auf Messen im In- und Ausland und Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten (z. B. Mailings)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung, vorzugsweise in Produktionsunternehmen
  • EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office und ERP-Systeme)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
