Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische, schriftliche und persönliche Kundenberatung für Strom-, Gas-, Wasser- und energienahe Dienstleistungen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen wie An-, Ab- und Ummeldungen sowie Vertrags- und Stammdatenänderungen
  • Überwachung von Marktkommunikationsprozesse im Strom- und Gasmarkt
  • Durchführung von Auswertungen und Datenanalysen im ERP- und Abrechnungssystem
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen in der Energiewirtschaft
  • Betreuung von Kundenanfragen zu Themen der Energiewende, z. B. Photovoltaik, Elektromobilität, intelligente Messsysteme, dezentrale Energieerzeugung und §14a

Ideal passt zu uns, wer folgendes mitbringt:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft, im Kundenservice oder in der Marktkommunikation von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse energiewirtschaftlicher Marktprozesse (GPKE, WiM, MaBiS oder vergleichbare Prozesse) sind wünschenswert
  • hohe Affinität zu ERP-Systemen (Wilken wünschenswert)
