We are a trusted leader in disaster recovery, dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses restore their properties after water or fire damage. Our experienced team is available 24/7, delivering fast, reliable, and professional restoration services tailored to each situation. We’re currently seeking a motivated Mitigation Technician to join our growing team and support our mission of helping clients recover quickly and confidently.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and monitor equipment, takes pictures and documents progress of loss.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, able to take moisture readings, logs, and records file integrity and communicates details of all projects.
- Oversees Equipment Maintenance
- Performs demolition of loss
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Respects and maintains the confidentiality of company, client, and personnel information.
- Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Prepares trucks and equipment for emergencies.
- Ensures that all assigned personnel are thoroughly trained in their duties and responsibilities, including safety precautions.
- Enjoys being on the move and never having the same day twice
- Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.

Requirements
- Lifting: Pack out associates must be able to lift items of varying weights, sometimes exceeding 50lbs, depending on the specific job.
- Stamina: The job often requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. You will also be expected to work in inclement weather including but not limited to hot, cold, rain, or shine.
- Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to manipulate items quickly and accurately are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately packing items, verifying labels, and ensuring product quality are crucial.
- Following Instructions: Adhering to company guidelines, pack guides, and safety procedures is vital.
- Organizational Skills: Maintaining a tidy workspace, organizing packed items, and potentially managing inventory are often part of the role.
- Communication Skills: Pack out associates may need to communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify instructions or report issues.
