What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to customer job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
- Provide professional customer service while coordinating deliveries and site access.
- Monitor concrete quality and follow operational and safety procedures during delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and support efficient plant operations.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible driving practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.
- Capability to work independently, manage delivery schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
