We have an opportunity for a Molder to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.

You will:

• •Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part.
• •Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.
• •Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel.
• •Maintain card system and determination of KanBan quantities.
• •Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.

Key Qualifications:

• •Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools
• •Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders
• •Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor.

Shift/Hours:

• •1st shift 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday
• •Overtime as needed either after shift or on Saturdays

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
