## Wir suchen:

Mitarbeiter/in für Feinmontage / Mikromontage (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Feinmontage von kleinen elektronischen Bauteilen und Chips
  • Präzises Arbeiten unter dem Mikroskop
  • Montage und Positionierung kleinster Bauteile
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Arbeiten nach Arbeitsanweisungen und technischen Vorgaben
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Prüfergebnisse
  • Bedienung von PC und einfachen Produktionssystemen
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

## Voraussetzungen:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
  • Sehr gute Lesekenntnisse, da Arbeitsanweisungen und Dokumentationen verstanden werden müssen
  • Gute Feinmotorik und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in der PC-Bedienung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Dokumentation von Vorteil
  • Konzentrationsfähigkeit und Genauigkeit
  • Erfahrung in Feinmontage, Mikromontage oder Produktion von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • EU-Staatsbürgerschaft erforderlich
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
