Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Beschickung industrieller Produktionsanlagen
  • Fertigung von Halbzeugen, Reifen und Produktsystemen
  • Wicklung, Zuschnitt und Vulkanisation von Rohmaterialien
  • Vorbereitung der Rohprodukte für den Vulkanisierungsprozess
  • Durchführung von Form- und Klebearbeiten
  • Prüfung der gefertigten Produkte und Halbzeuge
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung der Fertigungsprozesse nach Anlernphase
  • Arbeiten gemäß Arbeits- und Betriebsanweisungen

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktion von mindestens 2 Jahren
  • Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse im industriellen
  • Produktionsumfeld
  • Technische Berufsausbildung wünschenswert
  • Eigenständige, organisierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
  • Bereitschaft zum Vollkonti-Schichtbetrieb sowie zur Wochenendarbeit
