### Für unser Team suchen wir einen Montageleiter (M/W/D)

  • Sind Sie bereit für vielfältige Aufgaben?
  • Leitung und Überwachung unserer Projekte auf Megayachten
  • Führung der Mitarbeiter an Bord
  • Organisation der Logistik
  • Koordination mit Werft und Subunternehmen
  • Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Umsetzung der terminlichen und qualitativen Ziele in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter
  • Fachgerechte Ausführung von Montagen
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen
  • Mitwirkung bei den Abnahmen
  • Kundenkontakt an Bord

### Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Tischler/Holzmechaniker
  • Erfahrung im Innenausbau
  • Montageerfahrung an Bord von Schiffen
  • Führungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse in AutoCAD von Vorteil
