Mould Repairman til MA&Q - Nathold

Jobbet som Mould Repairman sikrer, at støbeværktøj bliver repareret og er klar til produktion og dermed bidrager til høj udnyttelse af produktionsudstyret og skaber løbende forbedringer af kapabiliteten i produktionen.

Ansvarsområde:

Reparation og vedligeholdelsesopgaver på støbeværktøj

Sikre kvaliteten af støbeværktøj

Dialog med interessenter i egen organisation og interne kunder

Adskille, rense, reparerer og samle støbeværktøj

Sikre en teknisk dialog omkring genbestilling af nedslidt udstyr eller opskrivning af eksisterende udstyr

Kompetencer:

Har kendskab til LCI Tools og processer

Har gennemført introduktion til sprøjtestøbning

Stor teknisk indsigt i støbeværktøj og støbeprocessen

Har stor indsigt i SAP Galaxy 01/MMS

Analytisk, selvstændig og team orienteret

Fleksibel og forandringsparat

Krav/Uddannelse:

Uddannet værktøjsmager eller anden relevant faglig uddannelse

Erfaring som Mould Maintainer er en fordel

Sprøjtestøbeerfaring er en fordel

Jobindhold:

Jobbet som Mould Repairman Advanced sikrer, at afdelingen/området har de bedste forudsætninger for, at formene bliver repareret/renset og er klar til produktion i rette tid og kvalitet.

Jobbet forudsætter man har kundens behov i centrum og at man nyttiggør sine erfaringer og kompetencer, på tværs af organisatoriske tilhørsforhold.

Ansvarsområde:

Generel support til daglige komplekse/udfordrende reparationer

Dokumentationsopgaver (metoder, vedligeholdelsesvejledninger)

Sparring med og oplæring af kollegaer

Kontaktperson for nye medarbejdere efter endt TWI træning

Reparere og/eller tilpasse formdele til forme

Tværorganisatorisk dialog med interne og eksterne interessenter

Sikre feedback/input og ændringer fra eksterne interessenter og tage action i forhold til vidensdeling/implementering, inklusiv sikring af kvalitet.

Aktiv deltagelse i og ejer af problemløsningsaktiviteter

Agere som projektdeltager i diverse tværorganisatoriske projekter

Kompetencer:

Høj/bred teknisk indsigt i støbeværktøjer og støbeprocessen.

Evner at uddanne og vejlede kollegaer

Demonstrerer evnen til at analysere & løse komplekse problemstillinger

Tekniske færdigheder som Repairman som er demonstreret over en årrække

Evner at kommunikere konstruktivt med interne/eksterne interessenter

Har kendskab til LCI tools og processer

Serviceminded og stærke samarbejdsevner

Selvstændig og team orienteret

Krav/uddannelse:

Uddannet værktøjsmager eller anden relevant faglig uddannelse med minimum 2 års erfaring

Erfaring med måleteknik

Kan bruge PC på avanceret niveau – office pakke og/eller CAD/CAM

Engelsk (AMU-grundlæggende / A2)

Sprøjtestøbeerfaring er en fordel
