Your Role on Our Team

The MRO Clerk is responsible for maintaining MRO inventory levels, issuing work orders generated and/or approved by Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Engineer, closing and filing completed work orders, issuing purchase order and receive MRO items.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• •Ensure correct inventory levels of MRO items by computer entry and cycle counts
• •Place purchase orders for MRO items
• •Work with supply chain teams on scheduling reactive/proactive maintenance tasks
• •Print and issue Maintenance work orders
• •Close completed work orders
• •Issue purchase orders for MRO items & consumable items requested by various cells
• •Receive items listed for MRO items & consumables
• •Generate reports as needed
• •Acquire vendor pricing for items requested
• •Organize and maintain MRO inventory location areas
• •Adhere to safety requirements
• •Practice 6S
• •Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• •Other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •1+ years of experience in MRO, inventory, purchasing, materials, warehouse, maintenance, or manufacturing support preferred
• •Experience with inventory management, purchase orders, receiving, and vendor coordination preferred
• •Experience using Oracle, or other ERP, inventory/purchasing systems preferred
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other technology platforms (Excel, Word, CMMS software, etc.)
• •Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
