Responsibilities
Lead and manage Dynamics 365 testing engagements across multiple projects.
Define overall test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and quality assurance processes.
Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Lead Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, configurations, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
Coordinate testing activities across onshore and offshore teams.
Manage defect lifecycle, conduct defect triage meetings, and track closure.
Ensure test coverage for Dynamics 365 integrations with enterprise applications.
Prepare test status reports, risk assessments, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
Drive automation and testing process improvements.
Required Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) testing.
Experience testing:
Dynamics 365 Sales
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Dynamics 365 Marketing
Dynamics 365 Field Service
Power Platform applications
Strong understanding of:
Entities and Relationships
Business Rules
Workflows
Plugins
Security Roles
Forms and Views
Power Automate Flows
Technical requirements
