You'll combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our most valuable asset – our people. Your role bridges the gap between safety requirements and operational success, requiring both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Use compelling data analysis and risk insights to influence positive change and drive strategic decision-making. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor who balances safety excellence with operational demands. Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.
