About the Role

We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• •Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
• •Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
• •Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
• •Create a strong customer-focused sales culture
• •Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
• •Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations
• •Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures

About You

• •3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility
• •Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills
• •Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred
• •Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
• •Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
• •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• •Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
