  • Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung von NC Programmen für hochmoderne Produktionssysteme mit Fokus auf Composite- und metallische Komponenten
  • Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferung sowie Simulation der programmierten Daten
  • Machbarkeitsanalysen, Beratung von Engineering und Manufacturing
  • Validierung von Achsdynamiken, Zyklen, Bewegungsführungs- und CAM-Systemen
  • Entwicklung, Durchführung und Integration von Tests der NC Programme in das Distributionssystem DNC
  • Teilnahme an Demonstrationstests mit Qualitätssicherung und Produktion sowie Betreuung der Serienproduktion
  • Erstellung von Basisdaten für Fertigungshilfsmittel, Festlegung von Materialzuschnitten
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionstechnik / Fertigungstechnik und mit Nietanlagen
  • Erfahrung mit Anlagentests und Simulationen und im Luft- und Raumfahrtbereich ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD Tools, Catia V5 und SAP
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit OLPS und Vericot als Simulationstool sind wünschenswert
  • eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
