  • Erstellung von Programmen für
  • mehrachsige CNC-Drehmaschinen/
  • Bearbeitungszentren sowie die Konstruktion
  • von Spannvorrichtungen
  • Festlegung des optimalen
  • Bearbeitungsablaufes und des Rustaufbaus
  • sowie die Auswahl der idealen
  • Bearbeitungstechnologien und der
  • Werkzeuge für die Bearbeitung von
  • komplexen Maschinenbauteilen
  • Erprobung von Neuteilen, neuen
  • Werkzeugen und Systemen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Maschinenbautechniker/in oder Industriemeister/in (Metall) – oder bist aktuell dabei, diese abzuschließen
  • Du hast Kenntnisse als Dreher in der Einzel- und Kleinstserienfertigung im (Sonder-)Maschinenbau
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Programmierung von CNC-Drehmaschinen bzw. Bearbeitungszentren mit
  • Du hast CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise im Umgang mit SolidWorks, sowie Erfahrung mit einem CAM-System wie z. B. Exapt oder Sinutrain
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, wirtschaftlich und bist gleichzeitig ein echter Teamplayer
