Ihr Aufgabe:

  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei technisch anspruchsvollen Netzwerk-Lösungen (LAN/WLAN) sowie bei technisch anspruchsvollen Netzwerk-Lösungen im DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI) Umfeld
  • Planung und Realisierung von komplexen Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen (LAN/WLAN)
  • Betriebsunterstützung technisch anspruchsvoller Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen (LAN/WLAN)
  • Störungs-Analyse und Fehlerbehebung im Rahmen des Incident und Problem Managements, dabei Nachstellen und Analyse von Fehlern an Referenzanlagen
  • Aktive Übernahme von Aufgaben im 3rd Level Support des Incident Managements und teilweise des Problem-, Release- und Deployment-Managements
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs im Rahmen von Presales-Tätigkeiten
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den technischen Ansprechpartnern unserer Hersteller (z.B. Cisco Systems) und Lieferanten
  • Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul- bzw. Bachelorstudium mit einschlägigem IT- oder Nachrichtentechnik-Bezug
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerk (LAN/WLAN)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit den Lösungen vom Hersteller Cisco Systems
  • Kenntnisse bei den folgenden Herstellern sind von Vorteil: Infoblox, Fortinet
  • Zertifizierungen bei den genannten Herstellern sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Service- und Kundenorientierung, Engagement, Eigeninitiative sowie selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Begeisterung für innovative Technologien
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
