  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Design und Dokumentation von Netzwerkstrukturen
  • Überwachung sowie Analyse des Netzwerkverkehrs
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Rahmen des Troubleshootings
  • Konfiguration und Optimierung von Routern, Switches und WLAN-Infrastrukturen (u. a. Cisco, HP)
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von VPN-Verbindungen
  • Administration der Firewall sowie zentraler Netzwerkdienste (DHCP, DNS)
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Systemadministration und IT-Support
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und/oder in der Systemadministration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Windows-Umgebungen
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Active Directory bzw. Entrust ID von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune
  • Kenntnisse in Power BI sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
