### Ihre Aufgaben

Als Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der Niederlassung entsprechend unserer Unternehmensstrategie. Dabei übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung und haben stets die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Niederlassung im Blick.

Im Einzelnen:

  • Planung sowie Umsetzung der Vertriebsziele und Steigerung der Eigenmarkenquote
  • Organisation der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation im Verkaufsinnendienst, Außendienst und in der Lagerabwicklung, inklusive der Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter
  • Aktives Kundenmanagement, insbesondere Beratung von Groß- und Sonderkunden sowie Akquisition von Neukunden und Aktivierung von B- und C-Kunden
  • Überwachung der Lagerhaltung und der Disposition in der Niederlassung in Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Logistik
  • Regelmäßige Beobachtungen über Entwicklungen im Markt sowie dem Wettbewerb

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich absolviertes kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Verbindung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem (Groß-) Handelsunternehmen in ähnlicher Position, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in der KFZ oder NFZ-Branche
  • Vertriebsaffin, rhetorisch versiert, teamfähig und eine Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Ihres Gebietes
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Applikationen von MS-Office
