Wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einer Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) im Herzen von Dortmund zu direkter Vermittlung (direkte Einstellung/ Vertrag erfolgt beim Kunden).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Abwicklung der notariellen Vorgänge von der Urkundenvorbereitung bis hin zur vollständigen Abwicklung
  • Fristenkontrolle und Wiedervorlagenmanagement
  • Bearbeitung der Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Behörden und Gerichten einschließlich elektronischen Rechtsverkehrs

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert ist aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Guter Umgang mit MS-Office
