Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Notarfachangestellte/n ab sofort  in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • eigenständige Vorbereitung und Abwicklung notarieller Urkunden
  • Erstellung von Notarkostenrechnungen
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Gerichten und Behörden
  • Koordination von Terminen
  • Aktenführung

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Notariat
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen
  • Engagement, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit
