Sehr geehrte Bewerber/innen (m/w/d),

zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suche ich Notariats (-Fach) - Angestellte oder gerne auch Rechtsanwalts-fachangestellte (m/w/d), Bankkaufleute oder Büro-/ und Industiekaufleute (m/w/d) (gerne auch Quereinsteiger) in Vollzeit für den Servicebereich einer freiberuflichen Notarkanzlei in Meßstetten.

Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tätigkeit, in dem Sie selbstständig arbeiten können sowie eine attraktive Bezahlung. Ihre Aufgaben liegen im Bereich Kommunikation mit Kunden (u.a. Auftragsannahme, Vergebung von Terminen, Ansprechpartner für erste Fragen etc.), die Vorbereitung und Fertigstellung von Urkunden sowie die Überwachung des Vollzugs. Einarbeitung wird zugesagt.
