We are hiring a full-time Nuclear Medical Technologist to join our La Crosse Nuclear Medicine team! If you are passionate about patient care and strive to change the lives of patients and their families, apply today for this rewarding opportunity!
What you will do:
1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), Full-time
Shifts: first shift with scheduled on call rotation.
Performs high-quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT exams and procedures to aide in medical diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Works with Gundersen Health System patients and their families to provide compassionate, individualized care in the provision of Nuclear Medicine services. Understands and applies the concepts of Nuclear Medicine when performing examinations on patients.
Provides the best images possible to radiologists and providers for interpretation. Provides high-quality service to customers in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
What You’ll Need:
Post High School education in a specialized field: Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
1-year clinical experience in nuclear medicine program.
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) within 6 months of hire date or American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered Technologist- Nuclear Medicine (ARRT)
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
