Nurse Aide-Part Time Med/Tele 4C Days

Summary

Job Description:

Part Time/ 24 hours weekly / 12 hour Shift/ 7A

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Essential Duties:

• •Personal hygiene
• •Routine vital signs
• •Routine care
• •Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice

Preferred Requirements:

• •1 year of experience prefer
• •Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program/SRNA
