• Schedule: Monday–Friday (some evenings and Saturdays required)

Are you a CNA, Medical Assistant, or healthcare professional looking to apply your clinical skills in a new, exciting environment? Joyce University is seeking motivated and hands-on individuals to join our Simulation & Learning Lab team in Draper, UT.

In this unique role, you won’t just assist — you'll be part of the team that brings nursing education to life . From preparing state-of-the-art simulation labs to supporting students and instructors during realistic clinical scenarios, you’ll play a vital part in training the next generation of nurses.

What You'll Do:

• •Prepare and set up simulation and skills labs with equipment, manikins, supplies, and programming
• •Support simulation scenarios by operating equipment, role-playing patients or family members, and providing technical assistance
• •Maintain and restock labs and supply rooms after use
• •Assist instructors and students in using simulation tools and medical equipment
• •Monitor inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready
• •Collaborate with the simulation team to keep labs running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• •A background in healthcare (CNA, Medical Assisting, EMT, or similar)
• •A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Comfort working with both people and technology
• •Flexibility to support evening and weekend shifts, as needed

Preferred but not required:

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certification
