MercyOne Genesis is seeking an experienced BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join our OB/GYN Hospitalist program in Silvis, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking a flexible, part-time schedule while practicing in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Opportunity Highlights

• •Part-time employed position with a flexible scheduling model
• •24-hour in-house hospitalist shifts
• •Provide care for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies in Labor & Delivery and the Emergency Department
• •Care for unassigned patients and accept/manage transfers from regional hospitals
• •Provide after-hours OB/GYN coverage for the local practice
• •Dedicated surgical suite with robotic surgery capabilities
• •Approximately 600 births annually
• •Level II Nursery
• •16 LDRP rooms
• •Collaborative team environment with experienced physicians and clinical staff

Compensation & Benefits

• •Competitive compensation based on the number of shifts worked:
• •PRN: $4,761.92 per 24-hour shift
• •Part-time/Status Positions: Competitive salaried compensation based on FTE status
• •Additional compensation opportunities may be available during periods of increased staffing need or vacancy coverage

• •Commencement bonus available for eligible status positions
• •CME allowance available for eligible status positions
• •Malpractice coverage provided
• •Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• •Relocation assistance available for eligible status positions, if applicable
• •Comprehensive benefits package available based on position status and eligibility

Qualifications

• •MD or DO
• •Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• •Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical licensure
• •Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe medications as appropriate
• •Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome to apply)
