Im Zuge der anfallenden Projekte sucht unser Mandant einen Oberbauleiter Rohbau und Schlüsselfertigbau (m/w/d) für den Standort Frankfurt am Main/ Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Es erwartet Sie ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung, ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell und ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit gutem Betriebsklima.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Bauleitung im Bereich Rohbau und Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Bauprozesse von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Führung, Motivation und Steuerung des Bauleitungsteams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Bauvorschriften und Terminplänen
  • Budgetverantwortung und Kostenkontrolle für Bauprojekte
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Bauherren, Architekten, Subunternehmern und anderen Projektbeteiligten
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, bevorzugt im Bereich Rohbau und Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Bauvorschriften und -normen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen und Teamorientierung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Baumanagementsoftware und MS Office
